As I sleep tonight.
Breathing easy with CPAP.
I wake up refreshed!

At night air flows free.
The mask fits so close to me.
No more apneas.

I've just googled this - the list is endless. There are some CDs that you can get that give subliminal affirmations.

Words do give affirmation, but when I sleep, it is no time for words.
The soothing hum of my cpap, the faraway chirp of a cricket, the constant squeal of my tinnitus.
A coal train chugs by, leaving behind a quietness that allows me to drift off to Nod.

Alexa! No affirmations but relaxation music by Pandora. I guess I could get a meditation series or affirmations, but the music has been working well for me.
