bonanza website

Post by tiredNorlando » Sat Jul 29, 2017 9:08 am

has anyone used bonanza.com ? I stumbled across the website this morning and they have tons of cpap equipment for sale! it looks to be like an ebay knockoff, minus the bidding....
just wondering if anyone has used the website? good ? bad? I cant seem to get a seller to reply to my message, but giving them the benefit of the doubt

thanks

Never heard of them.

But anyone who wants to sell something should be available fairly promptly and reply to any questions promptly and if they aren't/don't....that's a huge red flag to me.

it is not a real user friendly website, when you click on messages it tries to have you register, after I have already registered.. I am waiting to see if they reply before I buy a new mask

loads of crap people trying to sell
i wonder if there are any fools buying there
the so called art for sale at ridiculous prices says this site is a joke

no xpap on the main menu
clicked on more and still
nothing medical at all including xpap listed

i would look at a site that specialises in selling used xpap
this is a craigs list wannabee site with fancier graphics
I just went there, did a search on "CPAP" and saw tons of CPAP stuff for sale.

BBB REPORT: https://www.bbb.org/western-washington/ ... complaints

Out of the 1,000's, selling on the internet, not very good! Are you sure you aren't spamming us, we don't like spam posts, also this isn't a place to advertise for others. Jim

It looks to me, like the few positive responses were shill added in....

There is definitely CPAP stuff on the bonanza site and it's easy to find. And although the link to the BBB page for this Goofproof provided gives them an A+, with 193 complaints (at the time I checked), I think I'll pass.

Oh, and just because I know how much we all "love" SoClean on here, there's one on the bonanza site for $389...more than the actual SoClean site. (In case it's not coming through, I'm being sarcastic about us "loving" SoClean.)

I'm not spamming anyone! I simply asked if anyone has bought anything from the website, I am having to buy all my cpap supplies out of pocket, so I am looking for the best prices out there, came across the website and found some good deals but thought I would ask if anyone had any experience with them...

Sorry for asking a question about a website.. didnt know that was a NO NO

You shouldn't have to apologize for anything. I'm no expert in spotting spam, but it looked to me like an innocent question, and that's how I took it.

In my opinion, no harm at all in asking. Because so many spammers do post here, some people see spam everywhere!

I have to buy all my cpap stuff out of pocket, too, so I hear ya. My health insurance has such a high deductible, even if I used them for cpap I'd still have to pay for things myself because I never reach that deductible. (Well, one year I did...the year I had two surgeries and my husband had one!) I usually buy cpap supplies and such from the forum hosts here, although I have purchased a few supplies on eBay.

=====

then use google
you will find many sites that specialise in these items and should have better prices

did not look like you were asking about it as much as hyping it based on soem of the comments that looked like shills promoting it

I am well aware of google! IN FACT thats what I used to find the website!! (that I wont mention again) I sure dont like being accused of being a spammer... I have been on this site for over a month now and have learned a tremendous amount of info, I have also met quite a few very helpful folks who have walked me through setting up my machine to finding masks that fit.
I will be cautious on my next post thats for sure!

Don't worry about it. You just have to learn who to ignore.

A good BBB report does not necessarily mean anything, IMHO.
Local chapters vary in their reliability.
I have seen excellent reports on some real stinkers.
