But doesn't your data show a high AHI when you run at that pressure? Doesn't your data show a very good AHI when you run at 12-15? Why not run at a pressure that gives a good AHI and note your sleep satisfaction so you can determine if lowering your AHI helps you? I think you need to separate what aspects of your sleep issue are due to OA, vs other (centrals, shift work, sleeping position).
