eat as many fats as you want to or can, there are a lot more differences than sat, unsat and poly between them
coconuts are trendy now, something else will be next week. coconuts do have high levels of good medium chain fats, so does palm oil, the one that the tree huggers hate.

All anyone has to do is read the short ending summary paragraph. The authors of the study say their study reveals nothing about the human diet - neither what is good nor what is not good.
and your point is?
why would it say anything about diet? There wasn't any food, they starved the subjects into ketosis and then whacked them with insulin to show that the brain can use ketones for fuel with very low levels of glucose.. it wasn't a carrot is better than a tomato study

this is about ketogenic

I won't watch your video. But, I asked my doctor, who is an avid runner, about no-carb or low-carb diets. He said you can lose weight quickly, but there is some very good science showing damage to the heart and the rest of the circulatory system. He recommends eating lean meats, eggs, lots of veggies and whole fruits - no juices. Sounded good to me.

What is your BMI? Mine is 24. It was 26, but I cut back on the amount I was eating. Firm, no sagging parts. AHI = 0.8 three months average.

your doctor is wrong, you can gain weight on a low carb diet if you want to. Did he give you a citation to this very good science? I know of no such science and it would be good to see it.

the video isn't about carrots or tomatoes, but you would have to watch it or read the tag, to find out what it is about. when you use terms like 'runner' as a definitive, it's obvious you did neither or have a clue who Jeff Volek is. you could pick up the video around the 37 minute mark

the guy who came up with the glucose gels for runners and carb loading, who did a 180 turn
