There is no scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of the products, and there are no studies on the potential side effects.
The answer is not in magic beans. It takes work and discipline:
1. Exercise. Cardio is best, but resistance training is also needed.
2. Diet. Nothing crazy; just lean meats, eggs, veggies, limited fruits, whole grains. Stay hydrated - a glass of water with each meal is enough. More, if you are thirsty or working outside.
3. Sleep. 7 or 8 hours every night. Consistent bedtime and wake time. Good sleep hygiene practices.
Your magic beans won't work. If science ever develops some magic beans, they won't work without doing 1, 2, 3. Might as well get with it.
