Many of us use mask liners and pads to make the mask more comfortable. Look at http://www.padacheek.com. They may have something to help your comfort.

Me again
I have rented a Resmed 10 auto machine for a month with the same nasal mask I had last week. The technician changed my settings and on night 1 my AHIs were 1.9. Yay!
I am interested in changing the mask to a Dreamwear under the nose nasal mask and will get one to try later in the week. The technician said he wanted to see what impact the new settings made before changing two things at once. Fair enough. I really don't like the air hose in the front of my face.
Feeling pretty fantastic I must say!
