And that should tell you how much he knew about the machines. If he'd known about EPR or Aflex you wouldn't have had a problem!

Strongly recommend an in-lab titration, otherwise you are shooting in the dark without any data to work from.

everyone feels exhale when first starting cpap, an ipap of 12 is no reason to go in to bipap, because of funny exhale feelings. you may actually do better with the machine dumbed down.
