Cpap supplies covered with Wisconsin Insurance

Does anyone happen to know what amount of cpap supplies are covered under forward health Wisconsin state insurance? One person is telling me you are allowed 3 nasal pillows a month for the p10 mask and another person is saying you get One nasal pillow every Three months. I've noticed the pillows start leaking a little after a month or so.

I forgot to mention that I was previously getting a nasal pillow every month for over 6 months before someone told me I was supposed to be getting them once every three months.. When I asked why they were sending me one a month if my insurance wasn't covering them the medical supply lady told me that the medical supply company was probably paying for them or something. Something isn't adding up.

If you call the main office, you will know more than us.
As always, only your INSURANCE has the details of your coverage.
Do not trust the DME--they guess or lie, you pick which.

Wisconsin Medicaid will only cover 1 set of nasal pillows every 3 months.
