I have a lot of faith in RESMED as an experienced CPAP supplier - I hope it is better than the Z1-AUTO. I paid a small fortune for the Z1-AUTO and can't use it. The WHINING noise during the transition from in to out keeps me up and my wife won't let me use it. If this unit solves that problem I'll get in line to buy one since I travel a bunch.

Thanks for this Bill, I thought it was an April fools joke at first , 'HumidX' humidification without water? Looks legit though, ResMed have the trademark registered.

Very interested in this, I hope it lives up to expectations.

That looks really cool. I gave up on humidifying a few years ago, so that doesn't bother me much, and it would be nice to have a truly portable machine for traveling.

It looks like it comes with a new mask, AirFitP10 for Air Mini. It is shown in the pic I believe. I bet that little connector close to the mask is the Humid X humidifcation.

i was on the trial for this machine! i cant and wont say anything about it. except it was brilliant!! well worth waiting for it to be released! and it was full packed with the usual features

I have the Z!-Auto which I can't use due to a loud whirring sound when I transition from inhale to exhale. The Mfg claims the issue is with the high speed turbine and exacerbated with the Airfit P10 mask cannot be helped. Since the RESMED is closely aligned with the Airfit P10 did you notice any undesirable;e sounds?

If you understand German, here is a Resmed promo released about 10 days ago showing people looking the AirMini and commenting on it. It is kept below camera level, so you never see it. You just get to listen to the guys commenting on it -- favorably, I assume.

The video notes, "Bald ist es soweit. Das weltweit kleinste Schlaftherapiegerät kommt ...", which roughly translates to "It is nearly time. The world's smallest sleep therapy device comes ..."

So, now you know: when you use a CPAP device, you're using Schlaftherapiegerät. I think.
