It looks like the standard Dreamware Frame & Headgear with a Gel-pillow connected to it.
If that is the case you could use the old style Nasal piece or the new gel-pillow option.

That would be nice if that's the way it is. Those people who have the DreamWear already could get by with just buying the gel-pillow thing.
I am now kicking myself in the butt...I traded my DreamWear for something right before Christmas.
So it will be a whole new package for me.
