Hi all, we finally managed to upload the files, thanks for all the support.

I would apprecciate your advise on both charts. The latest is that my DH still snored when he is on his back and left side. \

I can't see the photo of the summary statistics well enough to read it and I can't enlarge it but I don't really need to.
The detailed report is sufficient.

I think that another 1 cm pressure would likely help a lot with the snores. His AHI is acceptable but the snores aren't...both for you and him.

I think the DreamStation Pro has a limited trial of APAP mode (30 nights I think) but I don't know that I would burn those apap nights just yet.
I would start with trying cpap mode at 10 cm and see what happens.
From the pattern of the snores it looks like they are happening pretty much all night anyway so might as well use a little more pressure all night.
If 10 cm doesn't help us out much...then consider switching to auto trial mode and trying a range of pressures just to see where the machine needs to go to fix those snores. Normally snores don't need a lot more pressure when the AHI is probably acceptable.
Plus with the 10 cm pressure I suspect the AHI will drop a little and be even "more acceptable".

Are you comfortable doing the change yourself?
Do you know how to get to the clinical menu to make the change if you are wanting to do it yourself?

Personally, I find it better to make small adjustments at a time to give my body a chance to adjust and leave for at least 3 days before making another change. Good luck, I feel sure you're going to see improvements soon

Thank you for the kindness Hannibal! That is good to know. I believe today is the third day so let's see! Sorry for the question, but I believe that decreasing will be as easy as increasing pressure manually? Would there be anything that could go wrong? I am just being the good old worried wife.

Yes, any adjustment can be made once you have access to that menu, nothing terrible is going to happen but possibly if you shift the pressure too much at a time it could disturb his sleep trying to adapt.

No... except you might get your hands slapped by the DME if they bother to look.

Yeah for the most part. The DME getting their report probably doesn't seen the snore report..they go mainly by AHI and the AHI is technically acceptable but with the snores I wouldn't want to "accept" it.
Don't know what report the doctor is getting. He could be getting the report that shows the snores or he might also be using the DreamMapper website and it doesn't show snores.

We found the manual and we are working on changing the pressure now. Thank you for all the advises.

pictures of the scree are pretty much totally worthless, especially pictures of piles of numbers.

added to that, the summary screen isn't worth anything for what we're trying to help with here, it's handy for YOU to see how he's been doing, on average, but that's it.

raising the pressure is fraught with danger, you might sleep thought the night, he might have more energy, you might start getting nailed for more sex, there's all sorts of possible consequences...

large and frequent adjustments are appropriate until you get 'close' to the right settings, then small ones a few days apart are good, not so much so your 'body gets used to it', but because sleep varies from night to night, and even from hour to hour, so you have to make your fine tuning adjustments based on averages, not single nights results.
