OK, one week now ... Here's last night. Doesn't look good, but I have felt better this week.

You can open the image in a new window and it works.
Palerider's suggestion of lowering the flex will also increase your overall pressure a little by not having the exhale decrease, so that might be enough to help. Try it and see. The other option is to increase the minimum setting. I like to change one thing at a time so try the flex decrease tonight and keep monitoring to see if more minimum is needed.

exactly, when he's bumping up against 20... it's either lower flex, or move to bilevel.

That one last really ugly cluster that happened right before you turned the machine off...were you asleep...were you by chance on your back?

I suspect that reducing or turning Flex relief off won't be enough to deal with what we see here but it's sure worth a try and you might get lucky.
If not...you are going to need more than 15 minimum and there's not much room left to increase the minimum.
You are seriously flirting with bilevel pressures here.

nice. any changes other than turning off the flex?

some people get driven into central apneas by the various pressure relief schemes, it looks like you're one of 'em.

are you feeling better?

Looks like he upped the minimum pressure from 15 to 17.

ah, yes... I'm crediting turning off flex for the absence of centrals... hopefully it's not just my wistful thinking

It wouldn't have been impossible for those centrals to be post arousal centrals brought on by the ton of OAs he was having.
Fixing the OAs better would maybe reduce chance of centrals if the if the centrals were post arousal centrals likely and with less arousals it could mean less centrals...if they were post arousal centrals.

So maybe it was something so simple as just lessening the chance of having an arousal which might cause a central by reducing the OAs with more minimum. He for sure needed more minimum anyway.
At some time in the future if he wants to he can always turn AFlex back on and see if the centrals return with a vengeance or not.
I doubt they will though. My money is on the OAs causing arousals and the centrals were post arousal.

Whatever the cause...he's looking good now.

Join the club. Lol. At least you know you're not alone.

I'm MAYBE starting to figure out my tweaks but I'm not even sure about that. It seems like I still wake up every single day feeling like shit even if it's a little but allow me to help you with a few things that help me keep sane and boost my energy and break out of feeling like holy hell.

Meditation.

HUGE.

Usually I have to wake up, eat something, and then immediately go meditate for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Maybe more.

I highly recommend Yoga Nidra. You can easily search for it on YouTube. The most user friendly is Triptura Mandela or something like that. They have a bunch of different ones to choose from.

I notice what I call leveling up. In other words, I hit a state when I'm meditating where I usually am in a deep trance and hear myself snore. I'm NOT wearing the mask when I meditate. I. Won't fall asleep but I will hit stage 1 so I'm snoring but aware. I can wake up anytime of course.

When that happens, I usually wake up and feel better than I did before the meditation session.

If I'm slightly tired before, I can get a good energy burst for a few hours after. If I'm HORRIBLY tired and feel terrible, I can at least break out of that and feel just tired, and then maybe try it again.

It's the one thing that has kept me sane. Until I get my stuff tweaked and dialed in this is all I got.

Try it.

I know how you feel and I know it sucks so I hope you get a stroke of luck. God Bless..
