You don't say who "they" is, whether you got a new machine, who paid for it, whether you use Medicare and what type of Medicare policy. Poor communication.
"They" are United Heath Care. I'm not on Medicare as I'm still a few years shy of that. They paid the amount stated on the policy (80%; the deductible had already been met). I'm also paying a monthly rental of under $4 out-of-pocket that should end in a few months.
