Re: snoring bed partner
I haven't been on this site in a couple of years. A few days ago I woke myself up snoring with my mask on. I have a ResMed AirSense 10 for her and use an AirFit P10 mask.
I know that I must be doing something wrong with my settings but don't know where to start to adjust them.

That sound like your mouth is opening and air is escaping. that is not snoring ... if it happens a lot you need to do something about it ... tape.... mouth guard ... chin strap ... cervical collarherefishy wrote:I snore even with my cpap running great, if I get on my back. My snoring is odd, though, as it "puffs" on the exhale, not a problem on inhale. It even wakes me up, though.
when it wakes you you are not getting good sleep.
If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

I use tape over my mouth already. To me it sounded like snoring.

Do you have Sleepyhead software ... so you can look at what was happening at that time?jaycee2 wrote:I haven't been on this site in a couple of years. A few days ago I woke myself up snoring with my mask on. I have a ResMed AirSense 10 for her and use an AirFit P10 mask.

Is your machine set to auto ... auto for her ... or cpap mode.
