Can't sleep as long anymore

My biggest adjustment so far is I can only sleep 7-8 hours on day offs where I used to be able to sleep 10 or more is this normal, thanks guys in advance

Of course it's normal - you no longer NEED all that not-so-restful sleep.

It's just hard to get use to it I guess and I still feel tired when I wake but not the same tired as before pap therapy if that makes sense

Yes, 7-8 hours of restful sleep is normal. Remember that the recommended amount of sleep for adults is 7-9 hours. Anything outside this range is generally considered equally bad, either less than 7 or more than 9 hours.

Perfect answer, too. Just switched over to BiPap. Fewer hours of sleep but it is quality sleep. Used to sleep 10-12 hrs per night. Now 6 hours does the job and I'm ready to take on the day. Hope this helps. Blessings

I'm waking up on work days thinking that I could do with an extra half hour - just like the good old days. I use my weekends for that.

I CAN sleep as long; only now I actually SLEEP, meaning I can get up way earlier, and still function.
