Self-Titration?
Re: Self-Titration?
Plenty of studies have shown that self titration can be done quite successfully even with the simplest of CPAP machines. What really is at issue here is self-diagnosis. If you are having serious issues, do not attempt to diagnose yourself. There are home sleep-studies with all the important sensors that can be ordered for a very reasonable price, and you can even get a prescription out of the deal. The last thing you want to be doing is chasing obstructive sleep apnea when your problem is something else entirely.
