Your compliance is better than mine. I have a few boo boos because of simply not getting the 4 hour minimum sleep for various reasons.
You may be like me...just having a hard time sleeping well for reasons outside the sleep apnea therapy.
It's obvious from the usage summary that you are having a lot of sleep fragmentation plus I bet there's more where you didn't turn off the machine for a short period of time.
I don't know if the pressure changes of apap mode are perhaps contributing to the poor quality sleep...maybe now they are adding some fuel to the fire where as before they didn't. Sometimes it's not so much one thing that is the problem but a combination of little things that add up to become a big thing.
You might consider a tighter apap range just to see if it helps or not...doesn't cost anything and it's something to at least try because it might help.
Like maybe increase the minimum from 7 to 8 or 9 or maybe even 10.
Otherwise you get the same speech when the reports on paper look really good but sleep quality still leaves something to be desired...
check the usual
meds...any change in meds that might have side effects affecting sleep
sleep hygiene...doing more of something that is known bad for sleep
comfort...anything change with bed or bed pillow or mask
stress...anything maybe causing more stress than usual
general health...anything that might be a change...like maybe more pain or something....back when my shoulder and knee were acting up my sleep quality was horrible because no matter what position I was in something hurt.
Or maybe just a little bit of any or all of the above is a contributing factor when one by themselves might not be that big of a deal.

Can you tell this from the Session Times? It's obvious from the usage summary that you are having a lot of sleep fragmentation plus I bet there's more where you didn't turn off the machine for a short period of time.
Or something else?
And is there a way to see when I'm actually asleep from the SH data or just when I use the machine?

Re: Help reading data please?
UPDATE:
This morning GP prescribed 10mg temaze for my insomnia.
Not my usual GP but he could see my notes.
Not sure whether he knew I was on CPAP and I didn't think to mention it at the time.
I saw on the drug info it shouldn't be taken if you have OSA.
Now waiting for GP to call me back and say whether it's ok.

Re: Help reading data please?
Temazepam is a mild benzodiazepine, which means it can be addictive, but if used short term may help you get used to sleeping with a mask. Have you asked your MD about trying Ambien? It's used more often with OSA, but any med will have some effects on some people, and if you haven't already researched insomnia remedies yourself, see what you can learn - there's a lot out there in Googleland, though of course be careful about 'magic' cures and expensive ones... the ones that help usually don't cost much and tend to last longer (lifestyle changes, etc.).

you *may* be able to zoom in on the waveform and, with practice, get a pretty good idea of when you were asleep and when you were awake. most people breath differently when awake and asleep.

Re: Help reading data please?
Thanks Julie.
I'm good with the mask usage.
Just having issues with anxiety and insomnia.
My main concern is that the temaze may interfere with the CPAP and I'll die in my sleep.
Hope that makes sense.
Still waiting for GP to call back.
