CPAPfit Pillow - Trial Offer for Feedback & Reviews

Post by SleepGuy » Tue Nov 03, 2015 8:36 am

After many years of research & development, including invaluable contributions from members of this forum, I have made some significant changes to the CPAPfit / Form-Fit Pillow.

Now that I finally have inventory in stock, I am looking to get product into the hands of many people who can benefit from it most. I derive great satisfaction hearing from the scores of people whose lives have been improved because of this pillow I created with so much good help from people on the forum. It has been a collaborative effort.

The changes include: a thick quilt. This makes the shell slightly more rigid than previous materials, helping the pillow to maintain its shape in active sleep (people who toss and turn / change positions) but without really providing much "spring" to fight against your head. The thicker quilt is also more comfortable and more quiet - a triple bonus. The outside of the quilt is made from 100% bamboo fabric. If you haven't experienced bamboo bedding, the material is like a cross between cotton (it absorbs heat and moisture better than cotton so it has a "cool" and "dry" feel against the skin) and silk (yes, it's as soft and fine as silk). Bamboo makes perfect bedding. Other more recent changes include the use of shredded foam (soy-based) blended with the buckwheat hulls. The foam is only 3 percent by weight but they add much needed loft and cushion to the buckwheat hulls, which can be dense and hard. Yet the hulls still provide the benefits of being highly supporting of weight, conformal to your shape, cool and dry, and natural.

For regular contributors in the forum, I will be happy to provide you with a FREE pillow even if you already have one. This one is new and I want to hear what you think. I have never had a problem with regular forum members (who have a decent comment history) failing to provide excellent feedback. In fact, I owe you folks a great deal and am happy to share what we have been able to create.

For anybody who is not a regular participant in the forum, I will be happy to give you a promotion code that will charge you $20 for the pillow. The reason for this is that when I offer free product it's surprising how many people take the product and never follow up. I figure that charging $20 (which is below cost) will weed out the people who aren't serious. And if I never hear back then I will still be fine with it.

To participate, do NOT send me a PM.

Send me an email: sleepguy@comcast.net

Please tell me a little about why you want to participate. Indicate if you are a regular forum contributor and if so what is your handle. I will reply by email.

I am looking forward to hearing back from as many people as possible.

Bret aka Sleepguy

I've already got one of Sleepguy's innovative pillows, but a good guy and a good deal... hop on it while you can. Thumbs up!

NOTE: As he mentioned, don't send a PM, send an email.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

This is perfect timing. I'm brand-new here, but after fighting with my old pillow last night while trying to get used to a new mask, I'll gladly take you up on the discount offer. Email sent!

I have been using this pillow for about six months. It helped me with leaks and was so comfortable. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who will listen. Love it.

I have been using mine for several months.
(Older model, cotton cover instead of bamboo--but I use a silky pillowcase)
Love it, love it, LOVE IT!
