I enjoyed reading all the help and suggestions that you have received here. Cpaptalk.com is a great resource. My AHI's range from 14 to 40 every night. I am calling my PCP tomorrow. I have been using a c pap since 2007. My new machine shows me how bad I am.

FJ62 - see too if you can get a referral if you can't self referral to a sleep specialest. I cannot say enough how much this forum and Pugsy and many other members have helped me!

I am going to be getting the - S9 VPAP Adapt with H5i and with Pugsy's wisdom and fine tuning skills, will get seeing a change in my numbers for sure!!!

This is from last night, my Nuance Pillow Mask did not seem to leak from what I knew was going on thru the night,,..... /Shrug

I did switch to my System One (Prior to knowing I was going to be getting the S9 Adapt Vpap soon)

Thanks Metsfan302. I have an appointment with my doctor next Friday. Last night AHI 37. I pulled my wife's AHI from her S9 cpap. All her AHI's were less than .70. Kind of derpressing.

Big thanks to everyone else who has helped me or anyone else on this board.

Well figured I would continue on in this thread, since it holds most of my data etc....

I am wondering if any changes should be made to any of the ASV's settings to fine tune my therapy? Dont get me wrong this is way better then before's 30-60+ AHI's On the reg Cpap!!

You should use your machine even during the naps and just accept the fact that naps are notorious for giving us whacky data and your overall AHI might be affected.

Did you know that if you just highlight a known sleep segment (not a nap) on the graph that the AHI showing in the graph will change to reflect just that segment.. It's in little letters between the graphs.

Give the 1 cm a few days to settle in and if the AHI still is above 5 try another 0.5 to 1.0 cm increase in EPAP..

If you highlight a section on the events graph (click and drag the mouse just to include a short segment) then the AHI shown here in this image below will reflect the AHI just in the highlighted segment

I have no idea what you are referring to but all the other statistics are within normal parameters.
