Why is it so difficult to understand xxyzx or are you bored at the moment lol

Water fast is when you only drink water and eat or drink nothing else.

This is why I'll attempt a water only fast for 7 days.
I'm sure you've done your research on this, but please be careful. This can really have an effect on your blood sugar and a lot of other things. From what I've read, it's recommended to have someone around who can help (or get help) if the need arises.

"
Cortisol saliva test came up with high cortisol on a 'bad night' so that could be it? But again, why every other day symptoms!? "

Hi Cortisol was a sign of sleep apnea for me. I think it happens from your body stressing out from not breathing!
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
