CL 2 Seal

You did not say which of the 3 ComfortLite 2 seal options you had tried. I have tried the nasal pillows and the direct seal.

I may be strange, but the direct seal seems to work the best for this side sleeper. Nasal pillows kept inverting on one side, and I would have leaks that woke me up. It never seemed that the nasal pillow was inverted, and would not rouse me up enough to realize; just kept readjusting the pillows until there seemed to be a seal again.

The extra pantyhose tie of Rested Gal (or elastic, or headband, or whatever) is just enough to keep the seal more stable and have fewer adjustments during the night. Simple, lightweight, and a bit stretchy is the key.

The box from CPAP.com arrived with a simple seal today! I cannot wait to try it out, but I still suspect that the direct seal may be my #1 choice. We'll find out!
