I do believe you are confused.

I did not say I am confused, nor did I say I was confused.

What's your reading skill level?

The poll would have only been confusing when I was a newbie. I hope other newbies see Pugsy's tutorial and don't bother to get confused by this poll.
Yes, most of these polls are worthless and this one is also. But people can do what they want to do here.

BTW, great user name!

I have not been a user very long, but I would not say that I was confused when I first encountered data analysis. I was simply curious that here was a group of people that knew many things that I did not, so I set about trying to find out. It did not take too long before I had SH setup and was regularly checking my data. This poll would have been helpful to this newbie.

As of a few months ago when we had a power outage my sd card is kaput, so sleepyhead does me no good. Since i am using the S9 checking data is quick & easy. when i shut down machine at waking, i push the info button , then push & hold down the info + the one next to it until the data screen appears. i can check daily screen stats to compare how i actually slept that night or go back/week/month/year. last time i had sleep doc apt.i took a pic of S9 screen shots on phone and carried in. took machine along with bad sd card. he never looked at machine . i told him that i could just email the pic stats to him for insurance coverage/compliance......More than one way to skin a cat.

I'm a charter member of People Eating Tasty Animals, but so far, I haven't been in a society where cat was on the menu.

I'm pretty sure that the rumors about the chinese place around the corner are wholly unfounded.

But you can't be sure it wasn't on your plate.

I did say 'pretty sure'... I've gotten some white stuff sometimes that really didn't look like chicken... but I was afraid to ask

Considering that Sdcards are easy to replace why didn't you just replace it?

I usually look at the sleep report on my AutoSet every morning...gives me a quick idea of pressure, leaks, and how many of the events were centrals. Just a daily sanity check on how it's going in the ~1/3 of my life I spend sleeping *smile*.

Also download data to Sleepyhead once a week or so to get more of a look at the details.

As much as I love data, I've surprised myself and very rarely use sleepyhead.

I know I'm dreaming again, my husband even says I'm talking in my sleep again. He says I was laughing in my sleep this weekend.

To me, those are good ways to monitor my therapy. At this point I don't need numbers to tell me how well I'm doing.
