A AHI of 1.7 is not all that bad. Stick with what you have for a while... at least 2 or 3 weeks. Give it a chance. It took me almost 3 weeks to feel the effect of the treatment. It can be a gradual thang' with some folks and some folks never really feel better. You can get into trouble tinkering with the pressures so soon.
