Normally, that would be the case. But when you have had all those other tests and never got any test results, it might be a few months.
Until then, he should work with what he has which is more than he has had up to this point.

Sweetie, I think part of your fatigue is you are emotionally worn out. Have you ever heard the phrase "worrying to death"?
What's your favorite thing to do to relax? Favorite music? Movie? What makes you happy?
Sign up for a yoga class. Take a walk in a park and bird watch. Find something to make you smile!
Your oxygen levels are fine. You're going to be okay. I promise
Focus on not focusing on negative stuff for one night!
Morbius, are you bored?

Relax and stop worrying so much and give the CPAP time to work. Keep using the one you have and when you get your RX and get the new CPAP machine and fitted for a mask then it should work better for you but even then you are going to have to relax and give it time to work. Maybe buy some relaxation CD's to listen to at night some with just instrumental music that lets your brain rest so you can just fall asleep. It used to take me an hour or more to fall asleep and once I started doing that I could eventually fall asleep within 5-10 minutes and that was before the CPAP. You have to learn to think positive, one step at a time. Hang in there.

No it's not that. When I try to pump a weight up, I'm too fatigued to do it while feeling good. Tired behind the ''eyes.''

I went from Having the CRUSHING headaches to being ''tired behind the eyes.''
Most people before CPAP, just were tired behind the eyes. They didn't have the crushing headaches. So basically after CPAP, I'm just in the same spot as the people were BEFORE they started CPAP.
Yes it's a step further, but can I go from ''tired behind the eyes'' to just not tired at all? Or at least not tired most of the time?
I mean today I was more tired than ever. The headaches were minimal which was good, but it turned into extreme tiredness. My head wasn't feeling CRUSHED, but it did indeed feel tired.

Have you had your eyes checked lately? Have you seen your regular doctor? You haven't had a head injury or a bad bump lately? I'm not sure the headaches and pressure are SA related.

E. How much sleep have you been getting at night? You may just be worn out from lack of sleep and stressed out on top of that. That's enough to make you feel tired. It may help you to keep a diary of your sleep schedule- how much sleep you get, and how you feel the next day.

Pumping weights? What does your diet consist of? I know you ride your bike. Are you trying to overdo on the exercise? You're not taking weird supplements?
Okay, tell me what you eat.
How much exercise daily.
What meds including vitamins and supplements do you take?

And if he tells you what he eats, drinks, can bench, how many times he uses the bathroom per day...then what? are you a dietician? a specialist that can tell him what to do to magically fix things? His issues are obviously outside the ability to fix online. He needs face to face counseling, medical care, whatever. To act like YOU will "save" him is NOT going to help. MAYBE if his mother was on the forum to directly communicate with, since she was apparently the one to fix the mask...but this is a losing battle, and you're doing him a disservice by insinuating that you will make him better by him telling you what he does each day.
As Bette Davis famously said, “Old age ain’t for sissies.”
I'm with the band.
