Hi, does anyone know if resumed in Tokyo sell new face masks and if they do, do you need a prescription?

Do you mean "Resmed"? Local laws and providers policies will apply.
You may need to inquire locally, unless a poster in Japan is reading this.

A quick Google search suggests that you may be out of luck unless you can find an English-speaking doctor at a hospital who can understand your problem, write a prescription, and direct you to a supply company. I lived in Japan, but was undiagnosed at the time so never needed an answer to the question.

Alternatively, if you can find someone who is bilingual, perhaps they would accompany you to the hospital.
