Your numbers on initial CPAP are very similar to my own. In the majority of people the AHI will improve with time usually within 2 months. It is great that you are sleeping better. In the meantime you can reduce your number of centrals by lowering or preferably turning off the EPR. However make sure it does not reduce your comfort to the point where it affects your sleeping.

How things are going for you now?
Did your pulmonologist looked at your data on your meeting on June 12? Do you start to see a decreasing trend in AHI number?
