I get this weird stingy feeling right before I sneeze. Just started a few months ago. I thought it had something to do with the Nasal Aire mask I was using. Not sure I want an ant crawling over my head on top of that

It didn't last that long. It gets intense for a couple of months then it levels off until you forget it happens.

I found that working out hard really helped push me through it.

71. The lame can ride on horseback, the one-handed drive cattle. The deaf, fight and be useful. To be blind is better than to be burnt on the pyre. No one gets good from a corpse. The Havamal

Just one of the MANY things, known and unknown, that seem to be wrecking my sleep, so that even with perfect numbers I feel like crap . We're seriously thinking of taking a nice train vacation to Albuquerque to consult with Barry Krakow (the Sound Sleep, Sound Mind author). I'm just not the nail that fits my doctors' various hammers...

BTW BlackSpinner, I love your signature quote from the Havamal .

I guess I'll just sit back and what happens, happens. Nothing I can do till then. Maybe I will get a blessing seeing how I may be the oldest woman in the world to still get periods as long as I did!

If you have to ask - you haven't. (borrowed that answer ) But if I had to describe it, I'd say it's like a car with a stuck thermostat. Overheats quickly, demands your attention, then takes a long time to cool back down.

Happy that I don't think I've felt any yet. Just shut off the furnace last week and want to enjoy open windows before the AC goes on.
