Now that I've had two different machines over a short while, I just wanted to add for newbies to consider changing that EPR when you switch to a different mask. I found I use a 3 with the nose pillows and a 1 or 2 with the nasal mask. It's all personal preference, so whatever works for you is the right choice.

i don't use exhalation relief ever since a member called restedgal convinced me that its just essentially pressure relief and thats what is keep our airway clear isn't it?
