For me, the first week was rough. The second and third nights were actually worse than the first. I was really resenting the mask. By the 5th or 6th nights, I was getting used to it. By the end of the second week, it was no big deal. Now, nearly 3 years in, it's a very familiar part of the sleep routine. Congratulations on your continued success!
