I dunno. It's poking me, but I've quit noticing. Not that that means I'm sleeping...apparently.

BTW, all you Dropbox/SleepyHead experts out there, if I just post a link to the daily.shg SleepyHead file, will that be enough info and will it leave out the profile info?

Why not just remove the sensitive information from your profile? Or, create another profile without the info? (you can have more than one profile with the same data)

Password protecting the information in the profile won't do much for you. I haven't messed with it, but I think the password protection on SleepyHead is mostly to keep out kids and such, not "hackers."

Either create a profile for your data without your personal information on it, or just PM the URL only to Morbius, who will be able to see whatever information you gave to SleepyHead.

Since you have a PRS1 machine, you could also just zip up the SD card itself instead of the SleepyHead information. The SD card has no personal information other than your machine's serial numbers and model, and of course, the therapy data.

Morbius doesn't do PMs as a general rule.

That's not a zip file. Zip, then upload.

I don't know how that helps, but whatever, I'm no tech genius; here it is. I hope.

OK so first of all you have tons of gorgeous breathing runs to die for.

Periodically there some anomalies:

but given the duration of recovery breathing (it's only a breath or two) it would seem as though they represent a response to an arousal:

Further, given the cycle length (30-40 seconds) they would be in keeping with PLM criteria.

There are some areas of SWJ, but overall, breathing looks excellent. One would be hard pressed to see any sign of residual SDB (like flow limitation, etc.).

The Popt search algorithm is applied to both IPAP and EPAP on BiPAP Auto:

On the BiPAP AutoSV Advanced, the IPAP is busy doing another chore and works on top of the proactive EPAP search/attack:

Thanks very much for looking at it. It's still a mystery to me how WatchPAT got an RDI of 22 and AHI of 13.6 out of the way I sleep, but hopefully Sleep Study No. 4 will provide more information. PLMs: I had them in all the studies but they weren't considered much of a factor. But sleep doc is now more interested in that, so perhaps that will change.

Bottom Line: I gotta find out what's waking me up (or at least wrecking my sleep quality), so I can get some damned sleep!

A zip file like that means it's a single file that is easy to download. I'm not quite sure how to download everything when you upload it the other way.

I'd say the remaining possibilities are:
  • Your baseline oxygen saturation is <90%, consequently small changes in breathing result in significant changes in oxygen saturation (but it seems like someone should have picked up on that).
  • It's not your study.

The data do not support that:

Thanks again everybody who has put time into this, especially Morbius.

As I sit here with my head pounding and my eyes glazed over, feeling little better than before I started therapy, all I can do is hope that time sorts this out. Or perhaps it's just normal to feel this way at my age...I don't know.
