Yes and that is the walk in list price. They are not allowed to show any other price.
Not true. I have been to a couple of sites with different pricing, as well as discount sales on the web.
I don't think they are following your rules at all in my experience.

I have been caught in OSA h-ll for 15 years
I am interested in better equipment than the hospital provides
I must change sleep doc too
Dr Inyoue's horrible rate your doc ratings were earned
I need to learn more to take better control of my OSA experience
