I am glad these posting are here. I had an E47 alert and, after reading these posts, I turned the Respironics BiPAP on its face (air outlet down) for a few minutes, turned it on, and it is still running. It would seem that condensation struck again. This is the first time this has happened to me since I got the unit. Thank you all for posting.

Just found this and what a life saver! Mom's machine gave this error and she was in a panic, I had to take it apart, one tube had water in it (used a blow dryer without heat to dry it out in it and there was water in the portal where the humidifier attaches. Got everything dry and back together and the error is gone! Thanks .
