I'm sure I could put in some effort to figure things out but I will go the easier route and ask here. How do you account for any time shift in SH? Since the PRS1 and CSM50F use different clocks, I assume data for each will be slightly out of sync. I think the O2 nightly low is the main thing I need but matching it up with the machine data in SH should be pretty slick.

SH will actually sync the clock of the CMS50F to your computer, so it's clock will be right.

you need to set the time offset in SH to get your prs1 to show up right.... make a note of exactly when you turn on the machine and you can figure out the offset, and get them pretty much in sync.
