Went back to the modified medium Quattro fx last night. Had one leak that woke me up. But the Quattro fx isn't very comfortable. It may be the mask I eventually use. Will find out after the med airfit f10 test

He wasn't too happy about me making adjustments but a few minutes into it he seemed encouraging about me doing it

it might be the usual "oh, crap, another doctor google I have to fix" initial thought, then, "well, this guy actually seems to know something"...

Can't say I know anything but I'm trying. I feel driven to get it correct because off how bad I felt

Now I need to see ent at end off month. Maybe he can provide an answer as to why my apnea has gotten much worse over the last 6-8 months

you have a lot of success lately comparing to what it used to be. Having problems with good result consistency yet?

Yes I've had the ahi 2 or below for 5 days

Over been handling the pressure quite well. So for tonight I bumped up epap to 16.8 and lowered ps to 6.8

Good night. I slept through the night for the first time in a long time didn't wake up once. I also thought the flow limitation chart looked a bit different. Ahi was 2.1 but I was awake for the last 3. I was also on my back all night
Epap was 16.6 ipap 23.4 ps 6.8

Been looking at data for past few days and noticed a lot of my apnea are happening directly after a leak event. Last night ahi was 1.7 and 5 of the apneas where connected to a leak that happened within a breathe or 2 of the apnea. Well have to compare the difference I'm leak rate between the medium Quattro fx and the f10 if it ever shows up

Since sleeping with my upper body elevated I've been slowly raising the epap. I've also lowered ps slightly. Right now I'm at 17.6 epap ps 6.8 ipap 25. Last night my results changed. Ahi is still about 2 like it has been but instead of all apnea it's now split between apneas and hyponeas. Going to try 18 epap tonight and maybe lower ps .2

Still no sign of aerophagia since sleeping elevated

Been playing with pressures, imagine that. After lowering the ps a bit I looked at the data and flow limitations have increased. Raised ps back to 7.2 and fl decreases to previous levels. Decided to raise ps some and see what happened the. Settings are epap 16.4 ps 8 ipap 25
Flow limitations and snoring are down a good bit. Ahi has been 1 or less for 2 days. I only woke up once last night. Might raise epap to 16.8 or just raise it to 17 to see if I can get rid of more oas

Here is last nights data. 7 h 25 min sleep ahi of .92 with 5oa 1 bs central
It seems on nights that ahi it's less than 1.5 I feel really good the next day

I'm getting closer and closer top a very low ahi. I've had a few nights below 1 ahi. Last night's settings where 19.2 epap 25 ipap. Woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom. Turned off machine and it displayed ahi of .4. Went back to sleep until 4:45 and ahi was up to .9. Going to set epap to 19.4 tonight. Still no aerophagia issues. Still need to work on amount of sleep I get. Only getting 5-6 hours during the week. It catches up with me by Friday. Then on the weekend I sleep 10 hours

Here is last night's data
