Tomorrow is my appointment with my 'legit' DME guy. Wink, wink. Then, I will probably succomb to a street corner in the gray market where I shall purchase my nighttime...addiction...shall we say...

It's not a grey market. SecondWind sells used CPAPs and new DeVilbiss CPAPs. Their DeVilbiss machines are sold with the authorization of the manufacturer.

They occasionally sell a new machine made by a manufacturer with which they have no relationship and you could say that is a sale in the grey market. But it is a stretch to say SecondWind is a grey market seller.

Starbucks = burned. Even their more "mellow" roasts are burnt. What a waste of taste.
Give me Dunkin' Donuts over Starbucks any day.
