The Sleepzone had just one temperature, which was fairly high, so it always felt "warm". A Climateline hose can run at multiple temperatures and unless you really crank it up, it wont feel as warm as the Sleepzone hose.carbonman wrote:Climateline hose:
I'm used to the Aussie heated hose. When it is warmed up, I can actually feel that it is heated. Air actually feels warm.
I have the Climateline turned up to 85. The hose never does feel warm and the air does not feel warm but is comfortable. Does this sound right?
The default Climateline approach is to manage humidity level rather than hose heating per se, so it will produce good comfort results without rainout, at lower hose heating levels than the somewhat brute force approach of the Sleepzone.
The S9 has a way of sensing (FOTT) whether your airway is open or closed, so if you are not breatihng and have an open airway, it is able to score a likely central apnea. The S8 didn't have that capability.First data shows I have a couple of centrals. That's new.
On an S9 detailed data is stored internally for 30 days, but high rate data is only held for 7 days. The high rate data is for things like flow rate and tidal volume, so if they aren't that important to you, you can wait up to 30 days to get the other low rate detailed data.Need to down load at least once every 7days to get detailed data. Correct?
