I think OP is an excellent candidate for ASV.
Well if anyone's going to have a clue, it will be the guy who's actually using one (meaning you). Are you saying the CSR and palerider's highlighting of inspiration/expiration inversion are significant and not just complex sleep apnea?

As for the data prior to the last week, he still didn't have command over leaks. Isn't data with large leaks mostly unreliable?

I wouldn't be so quick to jump on the ASV band wagon as long as the reports continue to look decent without the over abundance of centrals (Clear Airway) events.
It's not impossible for someone who develops CompSA as a result of cpap therapy to have it go away with a little bit of time.

The data needs to be trusted and accurate though and that means some semblance of leak control.
From the Overview graphs...since Nov 1... I don't see where leaks are bad enough to invalidate the data shown.

What happened in the past...as long as it doesn't repeat itself...wouldn't be causing me to jump on the ASV band wagon.... just yet anyway.

Regarding the inspiration/expiration ratio...I have no idea how important, or even if it is important, those data values might be and I would suggest someone ask their doctor about it because there could be additional history involved here that we aren't aware of and the doctor should be.

I wouldn't be totally ignoring those centrals at this point but would be concentrating on the OSA side of things right now and see what happens with those centrals once the OSA is better controlled (and it still could stand some improvement).

I don't know what you're looking at about leaks, but he hasn't had much of a leak problem at all, his worst day was oct 29th, and the 95% rate was only 28lpm, there's only 6 days in the last month where he had enough large leak to even show up on the overview chart.

compsa != csr, or even periodic breathing.

as to what the inversion of I:E may mean, I dunno. someone wanna google that, or poke sludge?

Calculation error in SH. I-Time should be measured from Istart to Iend. SH adds in time from preceding Eend.

Are you saying that anyone using the identical version of SH that I am will be looking at bad I/E data?

It's a small community. JediMark will hear about it and check it out. If it's true, he'll fix it. SH will only get better because of flaws found by people like you. Awesome.

Yeah, but it don't matter because they probably won't have the SFI what they're looking at either.
