It is possible that your overweight is a result of apnea, rather than a cause.
This is supported by the chemistry associated with sleep disturbances.

According to what you say here, you DO have compliance. If you stop using it, they take it back. The main machine, that is. That is the only part that is a rental., The humidifier, masks, hoses, etc are outright purchases, so those you wouldn't return if you fail compliance.
