I was able to get the following zero hour machines. Feel free to IM if you have questions.

ResMed S9 AutoSet. This is a new unit with zero hours. It is in perfect condition with the H5i humidifier, humidifier tank (aluminum bottom opening), slimline hose (not ClimateLine), power supply, SD card and travel case. The unit has never been exposed to a smoking environment. I will provide free shipping to a US address, or at cost shipping outside the US. References available upon request.

I just wanted to say Mark is fantastic to deal with. I bought the last PRS 560 about 3 weeks back. He was very patient answering all my questions. Once I ordered and paid it was here 2 days later. Best money I spent in a long time. It is replacing an older 550. There is quite a difference. I am at higher pressures, (17.5-20) and it just seems noticeably smoother. My AHI is actually lower with this unit at same settings. I was averaging low to mid 3's and now low 2's. I had my first <1 ever, twice already. It is also even more quiet though the 550 was very low noise already.

A few other nice features are the single night results available on screen, and the auto-trial and Cpap-check modes where it determines your best cpap pressure after a preset number of nights, and then sets it. It still reacts to longer events even in Cpap-check so it is better than straight Cpap. And it auto adjusts your cpap pressure +/- 1 every 30 hours in this mode, if it determines an adjustment is needed. I think this is available on the 460 but the auto trial is a limited number of days, 30? 60?. On the 560 you can reactivate it as often as you want. I don't think I had this option on the 550. Maybe I just never discovered it ? I prefer the full auto anyway. But I know some prefer cpap, so Cpap-check is an improvement without going full auto.

I know this has been out a few years and many already know all these features. But anyone thinking of getting a new machine might benefit. The manufacture date on this was April/2014 so it wasn't sitting around some warehouse for years. My 550 is now my backup instead of older M series.

I highly recommend this machine and Mark.

Any newbies here wondering about STL Mark and doing deals with him. Don't worry. I don't remember how many machines I have bought from him and I know many, many others who have also bought from him...not one problem.

I agree, I bought a Philips apap from STLmark without problems. I had lots of questions and he answered quickly and politely at all. I live in Sweden but it was no problem at all with shipping.
I can not afford now, but as soon as I have money I'll buy a S9 autoset from him, a machine I'll lend to those who need.

I think I'll take the 560 but I'd like to talk over the phone pre purchase. I'm considering buying this and skipping the titration study for the time being.

Hello stratapastor,

As it turns out these have just sold. If I get more in, I will contact you through the PM system. Supply is very unpredictable.
