If you have a proper prescription for a CPAP/APAP machine, try secondwindcpap.com. They usually have a wide range of gently used equipment as well as open box new equipment at very attractive prices. But they do require a prescription.

If you use Craigslist be sure to use PayPal so you will have some buyer protection if you get ripped off.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
