Happy Birthday to you dear Brenda. I hope you get to do all that you wish today.

I am going to go exercise and then work then dinner out and ice cream and business class tonight. It will be a day that will both be fun and memorable. I wish the same for you girlfriend.

Thanks so much for the Birthday wishes!

Even though I do stop in to read posts, I rarely post anymore. Thanks to the great members of this forum, my AHI hasn't been over 1.0 in years. I tape my mouth shut every night and use the CL2 mask.

I keep busy with work, family and the guide dog foundation. We are raising a breeder for the foundation, a beautiful black lab. We are also fostering a breeder that has not been placed in a home yet, also a black lab. They keep me VERY busy!
