1 year anniversary

Post by cpax » Sun Sep 09, 2012 11:31 am

I'm celebrating my one-year anniversary on CPAP. I remember the first few weeks were tough, getting used to the mask, etc. This forum played a huge part in helping me get through that. So I wanted to say thanks to this community, I couldn't have done it without you.

Congratulations.
I found this place by chance while looking online for what my equipment would cost--
right after my first sleep study. I believe I lead a charmed life.

Congratulations! I'm just past the 1 month mark. So far so good! I'm hoping to be doing as well a year from now.

Congratulations! I remember I think you were about to toss the whole thing down the toilet. I'm glad you made it this far, in fact, thanks to CPAP therapy machine you are still around to talk about it. Keep pushing and never give it up.
Thinking of quitting CPAP?

No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:

Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.

Congrats. I have about a month to go before joining the one year club. Or maybe it should be 2 months since a skipped 30 nights over the course of the last 11 months. Most were in the breaking in period, a few later due to power outages.
