I need help with my sleepyhead software please??
I have the S9 autoset. Last night was the first night on cpap. I want to see how i did. I downloaded sleepyhead software already. Now i am trying to import from my sd card reader i do have the autoset sd card inserted already obviously. Sleepyhead says to go under datalog file and select the file i need. Thing is when i go under datalog there is no files?? I already tried opening it. Why is this? The SD card was in the machine last night so shouldn't there be files to read? Can anyone help me please?? I am new to all of this

Re: I need help with my sleepyhead software please??
Disregard the datalog thing. That is an old thing to do and it pertains to if you were using actual files stored on your computer and not using the SD card
Point Sleepyhead only to the drive letter where the SD card sits. Don't go into the SD card at all.
Here is what mine looks line when I do an import. My SD card is in drive "E".
If you have anything other than the drive letter showing you have gone too far.

Re: I need help with my sleepyhead software please??
Here are my standard instructions on how to post an image of the detailed graphs. I use screen shots.
Don't be concerned about the pressure. It is rare that we have at home exactly what was shown during a sleep study.
Averages vary all the time.
Open the image to full size so it is easily read.
I use Vista snipping tool to create a screen shot and crop the image at the same time.
Prt/scr key will also take a screen shot if using XP. If laptop is used sometimes the Fn key has to be pushed at the same time as the prt/scr key
I think windows 7 Home Premium has the snipping tool, Basic may not.
Once the screen shot is created save it in jpg format.
Upload the image to a host site. I use Photobucket it is free, there are others.
Once the image is uploaded then copy the ENTIRE IMG address. Paste that copied address into a post here.
If you want to use Photobucket they provide a box with the various url addresses and you just choose the last one in the box.
Copy/paste that last line url address into the body of your post.
Use the preview button. If you can't see the image try again because if you can't see it we can't.

Snipping Tool is usually in Accessories...Vista and Windows 7 only and then not in the Basic version maybe.
I put the Snipping Tool on my Start Menu so I don't have to go hunting it in Accessories all the time. If you find it...right click on it and choose "Pin to Start Menu"
If you can't find the Snipping Tool in Accessories your operating system may not have it available. There is a way to create screen shots and use Paint and edit and save but it is probably more work than a lot of people want to do.
There is a free screen capture program that a lot of members use...called Screen Hunter I think it is.
Pretty easy to use from what I hear.
The Snipping Tool is by far the easiest if you have access to it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snipping_Tool
I see they mention InfraView as a free screen shot tool. I haven't heard of it.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... reen-shots
This tells you how to find out if you have the Snipping Tool on your computer. It mentions Vista but it is the same for Windows 7.
http://www.pcworld.com/article/137099/a ... _tool.html
If you have a version of Vista other than Home Basic, you already have the Snipping Tool screen capture utility: Choose Start, All Programs, Accessories, Snipping Tool. If you don't see it there, it may not be activated. Go to Control Panel and open Program and Features (you may have to click Programs first). In the task pane on the left, click Turn Windows features on or off. If necessary, click Continue when prompted by User Account Control. Scroll through the list of features, check the box next to Tablet PC Optional Components, and click OK. Turning on these features gives you not only the Snipping Tool, but also the Tablet PC Input Panel, Windows Journal, and other stylus-related features

Re: I need help with my sleepyhead software please??
I saw you figured it out after I typed all this but figured it might help someone else out so decided to leave it here.
I think I will save the thread link for the next time someone runs into this sort of thing so I don't have to type it again.
A few hints about SleepyHead...you can turn off the unneeded graphs and resize things so you can get the main important graphs show up on one image. You don't need the AHI graph or the mask pressure graph. You can turn them off in Preferences ...graphs tab.
Have some fun and go to the Events tab...then click on one of the categories where an event is noted...then click on a single timed event..the graphs will automatically zoom in on that event. The number in parentheses is the number of seconds the event lasted and you can see it zoomed in up close...in the blink of an eye. ResScan won't do that.
Looks like this... This was from last week when the aliens paid me a visit and I had a cluster of centrals and this has never ever happened before. Sometimes stuff happens and we don't have any answers and we shrug our shoulders, laugh at the aliens and move on.
You can also click and drag on an area of the graph and zoom in really close. That is the second image.

Yeah, not one of my most perfect of nights huh? I think maybe some sort of awake stuff that I don't remember.archangle wrote: Your flow rate looks like a load of caca.
Either that or I had a good sex dream and had a lot of holding my breath. If so I sure wish I had remembered it. Looks like I had a good time.
Never before ever had anything like that and not since then either.
