EncorePro Smartcard Utility?

I lost free software that allowed me to format my card. I think it was called "My cpap Card Utility". Can anyone direct me to a free utility software for the card? I have XP.

I think they finally pulled it when all the new machines came out using the SD card. The address I had for it says the name is for sale. I think I may still have it on a disk if you can't find it.

I now have the installer program as a zip file that can be sent by e-mail if you will PM me your e-mail address.
