Can't keep Switf LT head gear in place

Post by gwt1939 » Mon Jan 09, 2012 8:33 pm

I have been using a Swift LT Nasal pillow for about 3 months. When the head gear stays in the correct position, it works great, but I wake up many times a night with the the pillows leaking badly. The head gear slips up over my head. This makes the pillows very loose. I just pull the straps back in place and it works great until the straps go over my head again. I need something to keep the straps from moving.

Common complaint even with the Swift FX people. Some people have had success adding a bit of velcro to that slippery back strap so it grabs the hair a bit.

One solution is to grow your hair long enough to tie into a low pony-tail, then slip the headgear back strap under your pony-tail and it stays in place all night.
Works for me.
