I wasn't referring to your questions Nate but to the sarcastic response from that goof person!

Steier-- that's split_city's pal!

This approach offers bilateral stimulation of the hypoglossal nerve(s).

Whoa!

Their neurostimulator only costs $175.00! And that's top o' the line! Sears got stuff for $28.95!

Sure beats $25,000 and

While at first glimpse this would appear to be the dawn of a New Era of Dial Wingin', keep in mind that if you electrocute your hypoglossal nerve(s), you end up talking funny, swallowing funnier, and OSA progresses to completely obstructed airway.

But nobody could be that uncleverer.

You have no idea what your current numbers are? You have no idea what your numbers were when you were on CPAP? Then how did you know CPAP treatment failed?

I'm so confused.

I'm not sure why Corky is obliged to tell anybody, anything! He simply has told us he's dumped the cpap and is in the trials for the new implant device. Simple! Why the need to grill him about every detail? He and the doctors have made the decision that, for whatever reason, he qualifies to partake ... end of story. He's under no obligation to elaborate on his own personal details and he shouldn't be judged for what he does or doesn't divulge.

I'll bet he wasn't told there was a non-invasive bilateral solution in process that worked as well, or better, either.

Nor was he obliged to post here, either.

But he did.

Story continues...

Nor is anyone ... what's your point?

He, correctly, thought some of us may be interested in what he's been through and how he progresses.

Thank you, Corky!

This is mildly amusing. I am beginning to like the roles played by Corky and debtheveg. The characters have become the subject. HGNS no longer matters.

Some excellent minor role players also.

Good job!

How come it is Sooooo hard for you to understand that one of the functions of this board is the analysis of scientific changes with respect to the treatment of OSA? It is not just a cheer leading board?

Someone comes on and says "I am doing this brand new technique, part of a study but I know f. all about it and I am not interested in the details of my health. LadidaH off to the doctors. Nyah Nyah not telling you anything " Yes they are going to get challenged.
