90% Pressure Mark

Post by Sleeping With The Enemy » Fri Mar 17, 2006 11:07 am

I have the Remstar Auto with C-flex. When I download my reports, it shows that 90% of the time I'm at a certain pressure.

What I don't understand is that the minutes don't reflect the 90% of the night figure. I spend many more minutes at a different pressure than the 90%.

Why is this?

SWTE:

I may be wrong, but I read the chart as saying that 90% of the time you are operating at or belowthe pressure indicated.....not that you are operating at the pressure 90% of the time. Subtle but different interpretation of the metric.

SleepDaddy is right....

You could be spending 80% of your time on 7, 5% on 8 and another 5% on 9, and that would make your recommended 90% pressure 9, just because of those 5% of the time you spent in on it.
