10 day of no activity on MyEncore?

I haven't checked my card or ran MyEncore for about 10 days. I was checking data today and it is showing 0 activity from 2/18 - 2/28. There is activity both before and after the dates mentioned and up until the present. Does anyone know why this would happen? I ran copies of these dates previously, therefore I know data was there a few weeks ago.

Snoozie, is there any chance you set up more than one patient in Encore Pro? If so, perhaps you inadvertently downloaded the data into the other patient's file.

Thanks for replying. No, I am the only patient. This happened one other time a while back also.
