Has anyone tried acupuncture? Did you find it effective? For how many sessions did you go?

Thanks in advance!

I have done acupuncture maybe 5 or 6 times. Each time involved multiple sessions, I can't remember exactly how many, but I am thinking anywhere from 5-10. I did it for pain relief, to increase my energy level, and for general well being. I found it extremely beneficial and an overall interesting experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to try it. Just make sure you have a knowledgeable, well trained professional do the treatments.

I had acupuncture a few years ago for pain in my left elbow. If I remember correctly (maybe not ), I think I had 6 sessions. It really helped a lot.

Deborah is so right - get someone properly trained and make sure they use disposable needles.
