Back on the wagon and need product advice

Post by canyongirl » Tue Aug 10, 2010 9:18 am

Hey everyone,

I have had cpap for the last few years. At first I would use this site daily and LOVED it! Thanks for all the support and info. I was doing great with my cpap and using it most nights, learned how to tweak it, etc.

Then.......................I fell off the wagon. I had a series of ear infactions which stopped me from using my machine and then I just stopped using it.

Now I am tired and exhausted and have to get back into using it. BUT I have a new job with different insurance. I can get a new machine. I don't have a real sleep disorder doc to work with out here. They aren't common.

The thing is, I don't know what the best machine is anymore. I know I need a cpap with software, full face mask, humidifier, nd autoflex settings.

So.. any suggestions????

yeah you want a better machine than what you've got...

If you want Respironics... go with the PR S1 line... get either the Auto or the Pro
If you want Resmed... get an S9... get either the autoset or the Elite

I think that's going to depend upon the machine you get.
